Flight Programme

Passangers will be picked up from the hotel approximately one hour before sunrise and will be transferred to the place where they will be have a light breakfast and hot drinks before the hof air balloon flight. While passangers having breakfast, hot air balloon pilots will go around the region to check direction of the wind and to find out best spot for taking-off according to wind direction. After breakfast, passangers will be transferred to the take-off site then see see preparation works of hot air balloons. 

When the hot air balloon is ready for the flight, passangers will get in to the basket and there will be given a breif information about safety flight conditions by your pilot before you take-off. Then you take-off and your Cappadocia hot air balloon flight starts. Cappadocia Hot air balloon flight duration is one hour. The basket size used for the standard hot air balloon flight ( one hour flight ) is 12-20 people.If you prefer smallest basket, please mention in the below form and we will do our best according to availibility. After landing, there will be a celebration of the flight with a champagne which is an impotatnt detail for many pilots in the world. While passangers having champagne, Cappadocia hot air balloon flight certificates will be given by yout pilot. Price and Payment 

Cost of Cappadocia hot air balloon flight is between 150 €  to 195 € per person from April to November. The price depends on the hot air balloon company or the size of the basket. We have listed below our recommended hot air balloon companies with their rates. After the booking confirmation there will be no charge in advance. The total cost of booking will be charged upon arrive to Cappadocia at our office in cash or credit card. No extra charge on payment by credit card.

Cancelation Policy and Booking Request
If for whatever is the reason you wish to cancel your Cappadocia hot air balloon flight booking, you may do so and receive full refund 2 days before date of Cappadocia hot air balloon flight. If cancelled later, total cost of booking will be charged as a cancelation fee. If flights are cancelled due bad weather full refund will be made through our hotel.
